Intellectual Vs. Emotional

     Many people make decisions everyday. Some people make their decisions based on emotions and others chose to make their decisions using their intellectuals. A good example would be like when voting for president. You have to chose the president that you think will help better the country, and improve anything that is currently wrong with it. Of course there will be some positives and some negative aspects either way you choose but there would be more positives when using you intellectuals over your emotions while choosing president.
     Some of the more positive aspects of using your intellectuals to chose the president would be your more sure that that person can do what you want done, and fulfill your wishes and desires while running you country. This is a good thing because you would not have to constantly worry about whats going on and feel uneasy about the presidents decisions because that is exactly what you mentally agreed with at the time of voting so you can be confident.
     Some of the more negative aspects of only using intellectuals over emotions while voting for the president would be not completely being sure if you agree with the presidents campaign and do not respect some of their values you may not want them as you president. This could be bad because you may not want to live with this decision for 4 years if that person does win the election but you already chose them so that no longer matters and you may be upset.

     Love is a very important part of the human experience for many reasons. One of the more important reasons that love is an important part of the human experience would be; without love people would always feel as if there life had no purpose . If one did not love anybody then they would not see a purpose in doing the type of stuff that others do daily to better themselves. For example if a person feels like somebody loves them then they would try harder to stay healthy and do good in work or school because I'm sure they would not want to let that person down or make them feel upset.
     Another very important reason that love is an important part of the human experience would be; love and companionship can keep people from feeling alone. Many people who do currently have love and companionship towards others feel abandoned or alone when they feel as if they do not have anybody to talk to. Therefore I could only imagine how people who never have experienced love or companionship would feel.
     The final reason that love/companionship is literally necessary to life is without love or companionship people would not associate with each other. If people did not associate with each other then there would not really be any human contact. People could not reproduce and the worlds reproduction rates would come to a halt.

Personal Responsibility

     I feel as if personal responsibility can be defined in a couple of ways depending on whose defining it. From the an irresponsible person point of view, they only feel as if they are personally responsible if the action is specifically caused by them. But from a responsible persons point of view one should take personal responsibly for any action associated with them, accept the consequences, and understand that what they do impacts not only them but anybody close to them.
   When something bad happens that involves you, how do you know whether or not you bear some responsibility for it?this is an interesting question that can be answered in multiple ways, but i feel as if i have a good example that can answer it good ; when something bad happens that involves you know you bear some responsibility for it if you were extremely involved or knew the person who did the action's motive. If you were totally uninvolved or unaware of the persons motives while helping or accompanying them while they are doing the action you should not bear any responsibly because nothing that happened was your fault.  

Exploring the unknown

     There are many ways in which people throughout the ages have explored the unknown. A more specific way that people have explored the unknown is through traveling. People can travel across the world or just travel around their town, their city, their state, or their country. 
Sometimes when people are exploring the unknown they have a basic idea of what they're looking for and others do not. Individuals devoted themselves to a life of exploration and discovery because once they have their mind set on something they feel as if they need to achieve it and others just basically do it for the thrill of exploring the unknown and making it known. Individuals who devote themselves to a life of exploration and discovery have to make some sacrifices like leaving there families, not having any time for themselves, and possibly even their future because they can never be sure that they are going to return but with such devotion none of that matters to them.
